•You have 7 days to enquire about a return-from the day you receive your package.
•Please ensure that you have used the correct/intended spelling on customised items as there are no refunds/exchange for incorrect spelling.
•Eligible for a return: if your product is damaged or defective. Please provide us pictures of your product upon arrival.
•To start a return, you can contact us at saldaembroidey@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how your parcel shall be collected. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
